About Anveshan

ANVESHAN 2023 is a national Science exhibition event that provides a unique opportunity to the young brilliant minds of class 9th to 12th to showcase their conceptual understanding of science and out-of-box thinking abilities towards exploring prominent solutions to the existing and emerging problems of the modern world.
Through a host of thematic events, Anveshan 2023, aims to promote scientific temper amongst children and looks for the active participation of the students presenting their scientific skills and systematic approach towards problem solving.

Fill the Required Details in respective Registration form



A payment link is provided in the last part of the registration form, by clicking on the link, you can pay the registration fees by filling in the asked details.



As the payment is done , you have to put a Screenshot in the Registration form and after Submiting it you will receive Registration Successful Message.

Guidelines

Participants are instructed to read the following guidelines carefully:
Model Exhibition:
  • Participants can present models based on any of the mentioned 5 themes.
  • They are required to bring the model prepared beforehand. They can assemble it at the venue, if required.
  • Electric connection can be provided at the venue, if it is needed for the model.
  • Participants are allowed to use charts and other required materials to further explain their model, as per their requirement.
  • There is no specific size for the models.
  • Each team will be given a maximum time of 5 minutes to present their idea, which will be followed by an additional time (2-3 minutes) for answering the questions raised by the experts.
  • The language of presentation can be either English or Hindi.

    • Idea Presentation:
  • Participants can present their idea based on any of the mentioned 5 themes.
  • Participants should prepare a powerpoint presentation (ppt) to present their idea and should mail their final presentation to the email id -anveshan@svvv.edu.in, by November 22, 2023.
  • They are also allowed to use white board, chart, models and other required materials to augment their presentation, as per their requirement.
  • Each team will be given a maximum time of 6 minutes to present their idea, which will be followed by an additional time (2-3 minutes) for answering the questions raised by the experts.
  • The language of presentation can be either English or Hindi.

    • Poster Competition:
  • Participants can present poster based on any of the mentioned 5 themes.
  • Poster should be ready-to-present and not to be prepared at the venue.
  • Participants are allowed to present either printed or hand-made posters, as per their choice.
  • The maximum size for the poster can be typically A2 (420 x 594 mm).
  • Each team will be given a maximum time of 5 minutes to present their idea, which will be followed by an additional time (2-3 minutes) for answering the questions raised by the experts.
  • The language of presentation can be either English or Hindi.

    • Quiz Competition:
    Tracks for Quiz:
    i) Biology     ii) Maths     iii) Commerce     iv) IT     v) English
  • Themes are not applicable for the Quiz competition.
  • The participants have to bring their smart phones with internet facility with them for the competition.
  • Questions based on the mentioned tracks and general awareness may be asked.
  • Teams may have to qualify a number of rounds to be eligible for the final round.
  • Teachers of the concerned participants will not be allowed to accompany their students in the quiz room.

    What are the events?

    There are 4 events in total and individuals or a team (of maximum 4 members) can participate in each event.
    1. Model Exhibition
    2. Idea Presentation
    3. Poster Competition
    4. Quiz Competition

    How do I register myself?

    You can register yourself with the link provided at the top of this web page.

    What is the eligibility criteria?

    Any student(s) in grade 9 to grade 12 regardless of their age can participate; provided they are a part of a school.

    Till when can I register myself?

    The last date of registration is 20th November 2023.

    What all perks do I get by participating?

    Perks include certificate of participation and/or merit, exciting prizes worth rupees 50,000 and fruitful learning experiences.

    Are the models supposed to be construed on the venue or be preconstructed?

    Models are supposed to be preconstructed which can be assembled at the venue.

    Can I participate in more than one event?

    Yes, you can participate in more than one event.

    Can I participate in model making on an individual basis?

    Yes, you can participate in model making on an individual basis i.e, without a team.

    If my payment fails, what do I do?

    You can email us regarding the issue you are facing but please keep in mind that the University is not responsible for the payment failure.
